These Child Safety Standards apply to Player Partners, the social app for gamers listed on Google Play as Player Partners (including the player.partners website, mobile applications, and related services, collectively the “Services”).
They are part of the publicly available user policies for Player Partners and are incorporated into our Terms of Service, Full Terms of Service, ChatRoom Rules, and TeamHub Rules.
Explicit prohibition of CSAE
Player Partners prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
This includes, without limitation:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including any visual, audio, written, or other depiction of sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a child
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of a minor
- Trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or other exploitation of a child
- Sharing, requesting, producing, hosting, or linking to CSAE or CSAM
- Using the Services to arrange, discuss, or facilitate CSAE
Player Partners has zero tolerance for CSAE. We do not allow CSAE content, accounts, or conduct on the Services.
For these standards, a child or minor is anyone under 18 years of age, except where a higher age is required by applicable law. Account eligibility on Player Partners is separately subject to our age requirements in the Full Terms (at least 13, or the higher minimum in your region).
In-app reporting and user feedback
Users of Player Partners must report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or other child-safety concerns using the report or support features in the Player Partners app or website. Reports may include posts, messages, profiles, rooms, hubs, or other User Content.
We review reports in good faith. Urgent safety matters may be escalated immediately.
Action on CSAM
After obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE, Player Partners will take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law, including:
- Removing or disabling access to the content
- Restricting, suspending, or terminating accounts
- Preserving information as required or permitted by law
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority
We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required or appropriate.
Child Safety Point of Contact
Google Play, child-safety organizations, and enforcement authorities may contact Player Partners about CSAE content found in the Player Partners app or on our platform at:
Child Safety Point of Contact: support@player.partners
This mailbox is positioned to speak to Player Partners enforcement and review procedures and to take action if required.
Users should still prefer in-app report or support tools for account-level issues. Do not send CSAM files or illegal images to this address; describe the location of the content (for example, a URL, post, or room) so we can locate and remove it.
