TeamHub Rules

Effective: August 1, 2026

These TeamHub Rules apply when you create, manage, or participate in a TeamHub on Player Partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including posts, comments, member interactions, and team management features (collectively, the “Services”).

They are Supplemental Rules incorporated into our Terms of Service and Full Terms of Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy and ChatRoom Rules where relevant.

1. Scope

These rules apply to:

  • TeamHub profiles, names, descriptions, cover images, and hub-level rules you publish
  • Posts, replies, reactions, media, and other content shared within a TeamHub
  • Membership, invitations, join requests, and role-based actions (for example, founder, leader, administrator, or member)
  • Team-related activity that is reasonably connected to a TeamHub, including linked ChatRoom spaces where TeamHub conduct rules still apply

They apply whether you access TeamHubs on web, mobile, or other supported platforms.

Public and private TeamHubs are both covered. Private hubs do not excuse conduct that violates these Rules, our Terms, or applicable law.

2. Relationship to the Terms

These TeamHub Rules are part of our Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Full Terms.

  • If these Rules conflict with the general Terms of Service summary on a TeamHub-specific point, these Rules govern for that point.
  • If these Rules conflict with the Full Terms of Service, the Full Terms govern, except where these Rules expressly provide a more specific rule for TeamHubs.
  • Hub-specific rules set by founders or administrators must comply with these Rules and the Terms. If hub rules conflict, the stricter requirement that protects users and legal compliance generally applies unless we state otherwise.

3. Community Standards

TeamHubs are shared spaces for teams, squads, and player communities. You agree to:

  • Build a welcoming environment — treat members and visitors with respect; welcome legitimate newcomers where the hub is open to them
  • Be honest about your hub — use accurate names and descriptions; do not misrepresent affiliation with games, publishers, esports organizations, or our platform
  • Manage responsibly — if you have a leadership or admin role, apply hub rules fairly and without discrimination prohibited by law
  • Respect boundaries — honor privacy settings, membership decisions, and removal actions that comply with these Rules
  • Use hub tools for their purpose — member management, announcements, and community features should support legitimate team activity, not harassment or scams

Creating or managing a TeamHub does not make you our employee, agent, or partner.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following categories are prohibited in TeamHubs. This list is illustrative; the Full Terms acceptable use section also applies.

4.1 Harassment, hate, and threats

  • Abusing, bullying, or threatening members, applicants, or outsiders
  • Discriminatory conduct or exclusionary practices based on protected characteristics where prohibited by law
  • Coordinating harassment campaigns against individuals or other communities

4.2 Illegal, dangerous, or exploitative content

  • Content that is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction or that promotes illegal activity
  • Content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors in any way, including Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Player Partners prohibits CSAE. See Child Safety Standards.
  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or serious violence

4.3 Impersonation and misleading hubs

  • Impersonating another team, official organization, game publisher, or our staff
  • Using names, branding, or descriptions that are likely to confuse users about who operates or endorses the hub
  • Fake recruitment, giveaway, or “official” claims intended to deceive

4.4 Spam, scams, and unauthorized commercial activity

  • Repetitive low-quality posts, referral spam, or manipulative engagement schemes
  • Phishing, malware, fraud, or requests for payment outside features we expressly provide
  • Selling hub access, roles, or promotion in ways that violate the Terms

4.5 Privacy and safety violations

  • Publishing another person’s private information without consent
  • Sharing private hub content or member lists to enable harassment or doxxing
  • Retaliating against members for reports or good-faith moderation

4.6 Abuse of management powers

  • Removing, blocking, or demoting members primarily to harass or silence criticism
  • Approving members you know intend to abuse the hub or other users
  • Circumventing platform enforcement by migrating a banned community without addressing the underlying violations

4.7 Intellectual property

  • Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other rights in hub branding, posts, or media

5. Enforcement

We and our service providers may investigate reports and take action we consider appropriate, including:

  • Removing or limiting visibility of hub content
  • Restricting hub discovery, editing, or creation features
  • Changing roles, removing members, or suspending hub access
  • Suspending or closing a TeamHub
  • Restricting account access or terminating accounts under the Full Terms
  • Preserving information and reporting to law enforcement or other authorities where required or permitted by law

Founders, leaders, and administrators may take reasonable hub-level actions consistent with these Rules. We may override hub-level actions where required for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement of the Terms.

Enforcement may be automated, human-reviewed, or both. We are not obligated to review every post before it appears.

6. Appeals and Reporting

If you believe content was removed, a hub action was taken in error, or your membership was restricted unfairly, contact us through the report or support features in the Player Partners app or website.

Hub leaders should also use in-app tools to handle member disputes where appropriate. We may step in when reports indicate systematic abuse, legal risk, or violations these Rules are meant to address.

We may not restore content, membership, or hub access in every case, especially where violations are clear or repeated.

7. Changes to These Rules

We may update these TeamHub Rules from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or other appropriate means, and we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of TeamHubs after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules, unless applicable law requires a different process.
